Texprocess 2019 - A Game-Changing Proposal for the Future by Gerber Technology

Last week Gerber Technology successfully showcased their end-to-end solution to support on-demand customized production at the Texprocess International Fair that took place in Frankfurt, Germany.

The 50-year-old industry leader exhibited the newest releases of YuniquePLM® product lifecycle management software and AccuMark® the industry-leading pattern design, grading, marker making and production planning software, the updated 3D design program AccuMark 3D and AccuPlan™ spread and cut planning tool.

All the software was seamlessly integrated to the production floor, where Gerber showcased the world’s first fully integrated print-to-cut workflow that featured a Mimaki direct-to-textile printer and the GERBERcutter® Z1 automatic cutter with ContourVision™ which scanned the printed parts and automatically created the corresponding cutting files.

During the exhibition, which had more than 13,000 business visitors from 109 countries, Gerber Technology also unveiled its fully-produced Gerber by Waldrip digital collection, a result of Gerber Technology's collaboration with designer Stephanie London.
